The product catalog ID referenced doesn’t exist or isn’t linked to the advertiser account. This blocks catalog sales campaigns from being created.

How to fix it

  1. Connect your catalog: In TikTok Ads Manager, go to Assets → Catalogs and either create a new catalog or link an existing TikTok Shop catalog.
  2. Verify access: Ensure the Business Center account managing ads has been granted access to the catalog.
