How to fix it

1. Check if it already exists: Before creating, query your existing ads/posts to see if the previous attempt actually succeeded.
2. Add variation: If you intentionally want similar ads (for A/B testing), make sure each creative has at least a small difference in copy, image, or targeting.
3. Use idempotency keys: When making API calls, include a unique request ID so Meta can deduplicate on their end without throwing errors.
