The product set you’re using for your Dynamic Ads (Advantage+ Catalog Ads) contains zero products. This happens when filter rules exclude everything, products fail validation, or the catalog feed hasn’t synced yet.

How to fix it

  1. Check filters: Review the product set’s filter rules in Commerce Manager. Your conditions might be too restrictive.
  2. Fix catalog errors: Check the Diagnostics tab for products that failed validation and fix them in your feed.
  3. Wait for sync: If you just uploaded or updated your feed, wait for the next sync cycle (usually every hour) and check again.
