Your product catalog data feed failed to sync. Common causes include malformed CSV/XML/JSON, missing required fields (like id, title, availability, price, link, image_link), or the feed URL returning an error.

How to fix it

1. Check feed diagnostics: In Commerce Manager > Catalog > Diagnostics, Meta shows exactly which products failed and why.
2. Validate required fields: Every product must have: id, title, description, availability, condition, price, link, and image_link.
3. Test your feed URL: Make sure the URL hosting your feed is publicly accessible (not behind authentication) and returns a valid response.
4. Check encoding: Ensure your feed file uses UTF-8 encoding and doesn’t contain invalid characters.
