How to fix it

1. Implement backoff: Pause your scripts! If you keep hitting the endpoint while rate-limited, Meta will penalize you further. Wait 10-15 minutes.
2. Batch Requests: Stop sending single requests for every ad. Use the Graph API Batch endpoint to request up to 50 items simultaneously.
3. Check the headers: Read the x-app-usage header Meta returns—it gives you exact percentages of your rate limit usage.
