You selected placement settings demanding your ad runs specifically on Instagram, but the Instagram profile connected to your Business Manager is abruptly unlinked or you failed to assign one.
You don’t have to have an IG profile to run ads there, but if you select one, it must be valid! Go to Business Manager -> Instagram Accounts, successfully log in, and reconnect. Or, simply use ‘Use Selected Facebook Page’ as the identity fallback.
