Your ASIN lacks a high-quality main image on its product detail page, which is a hard requirement to generate a Sponsored Ad creative.
How to fix it
Upload a compliant main image via Seller Central. It must have a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), and the product itself must fill at least 85% of the overall frame.
