The draft campaign is paused and not delivering metrics.
This is more of a status indicator than a hard error. It means the draft campaign was manually paused—either by a human in the ad console, or by another automated software tool.
If it should be running, switch the state field to ‘ENABLED’ in your request payload to turn it back on. However, be sure to check why it was paused in the first place (sometimes it’s to protect margins!).
