What causes this error?

The account controlling this specific entity has hit its maximum daily or lifetime spend cap limit. To protect your wallet, Amazon immediately halts all child ad entities underneath it.

How to fix it

If this was intentional, you’re good! If you want your ads back on:

1. Increase the budget: Head into the Amazon Ads console (or API) and bump up the cap at the Account level.
2. Shift budgets around: Reallocate unused budget from campaigns that aren’t performing well.
3. Lower bids: Shrink your default bids slightly to make the budget stretch longer throughout the day.
